My name is Lauren Symington, I have worked in the care industry for 5 years.

Prior to working for Elsie’s Help at Home I worked for the NHS as a health care assistant.

I have always loved meeting new people and enjoy talking to people and finding out all about them, which is why I love community care. Since working for Elsie’s help at home I have learnt new skills and have met lots of lovely clients and staff. I have always been passionate about supporting people and studied Health and Social care at college at college in 2016.

One of the things I enjoy most about community care is that I can give my full attention and time to each client on their visit.
