My Name is Louise, and I started as a carer at Elsie's Help at Home last year. I enjoy my role as I really feel that I can make a difference to people's lives, I also get to meet so many different people and hear their interesting stories.

I am passionate about high quality care and my new role as a Care coordinator allows me to support people that bit more when it comes to deciding on the right level of support for them.

In my free time I like to have cuddles with my dog and spend time with my family.
