My name is Lyndsey, and I am the founder and director of Elsie’s Help at Home.

I have over 20 year's experience in the care industry, and it is my passion for quality, person centred care that has led me to creating this at home service. 

My goal is to enable and empower people to remain independent in their own home. I believe this is achievable by providing a bespoke service, unique to each client. Through good communication and listening to those at the heart of the service, we fully understand our client’s needs and the things that are important to each of them.

I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know their stories. There is nothing more rewarding than assisting people to achieve their wish to remain at home, maintain their relationships and make memories with those who are special to them. 

I believe continuity is key for the people we assist and strive for the highest quality in all that I do. Recruiting the right people is key, and I am so proud of the entire team here at Elsie’s Help at Home, their passion for excellence continues to inspire me.

My family and animals are extremely important to me, the business is named after my daughter and in my picture, you will see our dog, Pixie. We adopted Pixie from one of the very first clients to join our service and she is now very much a part of the team.
